Sarachnis can be found in the Forthos Dungeon. The boss can be unlocked by handing in all 3 completed tattered tomes to the Arceuus Library, and she can only be fought when you have completed In Search of Knowledge. Sarachnis attacks with melee when you are adjacent to her, and Ranged when you are out of melee range. It is recommended to pray Protect from Melee or Protect from Missiles when fighting against this boss.

As one of OSRS crush weapons, the Sarachnis cudgel has slightly better crush and strength bonuses than the Viggora's chainmace.
