RS Start of May is the first spring holiday event every year. First occurred in 2009, this event is hosted to celebrate the beginning of May.

RS Lily of the valley only appears once a year, and can be picked infinite times during Start of May.

What can you do with RS Lily of the valley?

After picking the Lily of the valley RS, you are able to smell the flower when it is wielded or when it presents in your inventory. Smelling the Lily of the valley will perform a unique animation.

You can also give the flower to other players if they aren't already holding one. If you use a Lily of the valley with a gravestone, it will be placed on the ground with the message “That was very sweet of you.” If you use the lily on your own grave, there will be a message “Whoever heard of bringing flowers to one's own grave?”.
