There are roughly two big parts in the quest.

First, make the cheesecake:

1.Talk to the Head chef in Cooks' Guild for starters.

2.Find Phil and Delphie at south of the party room in Falador and talk to them.

3.Repair their dairy churn at the north-eastern part of the room with logs and a steel bar.

4.Go back and speak to Phil and Delphie again.

5.Use the dairy churn to make Cream cheese with the milk you fetch.

6.Go back to the Cook's Guild to speak to Head Chef.

7.Making biscuit dough by combining a pot of flour and pat of butter, then bake it to make biscuits.

8.Speak to the head chef.

9.Click the cake tin to make a Cheesecake.

10.Speak to the head chef again.

Second, deliver the cheesecake:

1.Go to the the Pick and Lutepub to deliver the cheesecake to Mess Sergeant Ramseyb at east of the Taverley lodestone.

2.Go to the Lumbridge Castle and deliver the cheesecake to the Cook in Lumbridge.

3.Go to the Jolly Boar Inn at west of the Lumber yard to deliver cheesecake to the Cook of the Jolly Boar Inn.

4.Return to the head chef.

The rewards of the Chef’s Assistant

At completing, the Chef’s Assistant rewards you with 1 quest point, 3 cheesecakes, and 1,500  experience lamps along with 2 Treasure Hunter keys and 2 Hearts of Ice. In addition, you will gain the ability to bake cheesecakes and biscuits.
