However, it doesnt give me an option to RS gold select an alternate email, what I am doing is trying to fill in my acc information, they say I want to enter the code, I media"Lost authenticator?" And they claim they shipped me an email which they never did. If you are discussing the acc recovery thing where they send you an email to reset your password, ive tried resetting my password multiple times but without fortune, acc nonetheless locked:-LRB- There's an option to select another email through the"Dont have access to the registered email?" If thats what you're talking about, that you get when attempting to reset the password, but im not sure.

So I get that this problem should be fixable without the authenticator app and concur that jagex should have some kind of support that will assist you but you may the authenticator couldnt you? Oh trust me thats! But the authenticator doesnt"create an account" indefinitely for you so that you can log out and log back in whenever you please, its like an account that gets created once but once you delete the app you cant log back in, there isnt even an option to log in/log out, its pretty weird.

Can you obstruct email adresses from mails? Because they spoof actual jagex adresses and jagex emails that are actual are blocked by it. I had that exact same matter. Some emails went trough (password reset) and many others didnt ( email shift ) until I unblocked the adresses. Thank you for the suggestion. Unfortunately thats not true, I have no addresses at all, I'm sure this isnt the problem because when I try to buy runescape 3 gold reset my password I do receive an email from Jagex, just not when I do it to disable the Auth.RuneScape has actually come a long way
